Is Quotivity SOC2 Type II certified?
Quotivity separated from hapily, Inc on November 1, 2025. hapily has an active SOC2 certification.
Quotivity is currently undergoing its own SOC2 certification, with an expected completion in April 2026.
How do you protect customer data?
In addition to the process controls described in the Monitoring section below, we enforce the following technical controls:
* All incoming and outgoing data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS 1.2.
* All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
* Authentication tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
* We leverage AWS KMS for secure encryption key storage and management.
Where is Quotivity hosted?
Quotivity applications are hosted by AWS in the us-east-2 region.
What data does Quotivity store?
Temporary storage of quote data for quotes created with Quotivity.
What personal data does Quotivity process?
* Contact data from HubSpot that relates to your quotes. That data may include names, emails, and location information.
* Form submission data from Quote pages.
